Using a Web 2.0 tool

A Web 2.0 tool that i found interesting was WORDLE. 
Wordle is used to combine words together in an exciting and unique way. it can be used for articles, advertisements and even poetry.

Assessing e-commerce credibility

Two ways in which it is possible for a consumer to assess whether an e-commerce website is credible or not when making a purchase, is by;

1. Checking whether there is a digital certificate. A digital certificate shows credits and attributes.
2. Another way to assess is by checking if there are facebook or twitter links. These links increase acknowledgment of the website, thus making it more credible.

Google Translator

The words, "Elimine la carpeta llamada "eliminar" en el escritorio" means "Delete the folder named "delete" on the desktop.

An RSS aggregator

An RSS aggregator allows a web page to display external feed content. It also generates internal feeds. It is a type of digital technology that is Web-based or an installed application. It aggregates content that is frequently updated. This content is found in various internet sources. The RSS aggregator consolidates the content to one place for viewing. It is a program used for taking new content for user-specified RSS feeds.

Internet Infrastructure

The Internet is a global connection of networks. It is formed using a network hierachy. These networks can be small or big. Networks are connected to form the internet. They are connected in certain ways which are different. Using an ISP (Internet Service Provider) You become a part of the Internet's network. Modems, can be used to connect to an ISP.
I am currently using a Modem.

Encoding_UTF-8_ definition

UTF-8 is a character encoding that can be very compact but can also have a unicode characters.UTF stands for Unicode Tranformation Format. The 8 in the encoding means that 8 bit bloacks make one character. Each chacter has its own byte. This helps the web browser find the exact source by means of an encoding.

Internet Easter Eggs are hidden or secret messages that are in an application. in order for an Easter Egg to be seen, there must be a certain procedure that is followed. There are 10 Easter Eggs below that can be seen using Google Chrome.

• By searching "Zerg Rush" on Google, a swarm of O's swallow the current screen and result in 2 large O's on the page.

• Simpy type in "Tilt" in the google search and the results will be shown in a crooked view.

• Search " Do a barrel roll" on Google and the page will do a 360 degree loop.

4. Binary << Link to the EGG

• Search "Binary" on Google and the results found will not be displayed in decimals but rather in binary. numbers.
